Fix things without taking over the screen
Run a connection check, pull VVDesk’s logs or open port forwarding to a printer or database while the person at the desk keeps working. Updates are signed and roll back by themselves if a step fails.
Automate the routine
Everything in VVDesk also has a command. Scripts, RMM tools and AI assistants can connect, take a screenshot, click and type, run commands and collect logs — but only on PCs whose owner allows remote commands, and every step is kept in the audit log.

How many PCs can we manage?
Team includes 500 unattended PCs and Business has no limit. Attended sessions, where someone accepts, are not limited.
Can technicians see only some PCs?
Roles decide what each person may do, and groups and tags keep the address book organised by customer, site or department.
Can we run VVDesk on our own server?
Yes, on the Business plan, so device registration and relaying stay inside your own network.
