Unattended remote access to every PC you look after
Servers, tills, kiosks and the PC under the reception desk — reach them at any hour, without asking anyone to click Accept.
How unattended access works in VVDesk
You give a PC its own unattended password once. From then on VVDesk starts with Windows and waits for you: connect with the PC’s desk ID and that password, and the session opens straight away. The password stays on that PC — it never travels in plain text and our servers never store it.
Made for PCs nobody sits at
- Starts with Windows and comes back by itself after a restart
- See at a glance which unattended PCs are online
- Wake a sleeping PC with Wake-on-LAN from another PC on the same network
- Check the connection and collect logs without opening a screen session
- Every PC keeps its own list of who connected and when
Which plan you need
Unattended access is part of every paid plan: Solo includes 100 unattended PCs, Team 500 and Business as many as you like. The Free plan is for attended sessions, where the person at the desk accepts.
Questions
Is unattended access safe?
Each PC has its own password, which travels only inside the encrypted session and is checked on the PC itself. Sessions are encrypted end to end, and the PC records every connection.
Can I reach a PC after a Windows update restart?
Yes. VVDesk starts with Windows, so the PC is back in your address book as soon as it has restarted.
What if the PC is switched off?
If it is asleep and Wake-on-LAN is enabled, you can wake it from another online PC on the same network with the Wake button.
