1. Who we are

VVDesk is remote desktop software made by VVOFFICE DOOEL export-import Tetovo (VVOffice), Ilindenska 335, 1200 Tetovo, North Macedonia (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the VVDesk apps, this website and the VVDesk account service. By creating an account or using VVDesk you agree to them.

2. Your account

Give us correct details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and an owner or admin of a team is responsible for the people they invite.

Each person and each PC can use the free 14-day Team trial once.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use. Solo, Team and Business are paid plans, paid upfront for one, two or three years at the prices on the pricing page. Team and Business are priced per user. Prices are shown without VAT.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase, and Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax due in your country.

A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length, until you cancel it. You can also pay for more years at any time; they are added after the period you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time on your account page (Invoices, card & cancel); the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. When you change plan or seats, Paddle charges or credits the difference straight away.

If a renewal cannot be charged, the plan keeps working for 7 more days; after that the team moves to the Free plan until the payment goes through. Teams that pay by bank transfer get an invoice from us instead.

We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you by email at least 30 days before.

4. Using VVDesk

Only connect to computers and phones that you own or that their owner or user has allowed you to reach. Do not use VVDesk to break the law, to spy on people, to spread malware, to send spam, or to get around its plan limits or licensing.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other people at risk. When we can, we tell you first.

5. Your data

What you see and do in a session — screen, keyboard and mouse, files, chat — is end-to-end encrypted between the two devices; we cannot read it. You are responsible for what you do in your sessions. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.

6. The service

We work to keep VVDesk running and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or improve features; if we remove a feature of a paid plan, we tell you in advance and you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the period.

The VVDesk software is licensed, not sold, to you for as long as you use it under these terms. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows it.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You can stop using VVDesk and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, and its courts decide disputes, without taking away the protection of the laws of the country where you live as a consumer. We may update these terms; we tell you by email about important changes. Questions: support@vvoffice.co.
