How does the trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Team for up to 5 people, no card needed. Choose a plan any time, or the account moves to Free and keeps its devices. There is one trial per PC.
How do I buy a plan?
Sign in, open your account and choose a plan, the billing period and the number of seats. We confirm it by email and send an invoice — your plan turns on in the app by itself.
How is the MKD price set?
MKD prices are converted from EUR at a fixed rate of 61.5 that we review each quarter. You pay in the currency you choose.
Can I change seats or plans later?
Yes. Send a new request from your account at any time; the change applies to the rest of your billing period.
What if a renewal is late?
Your plan keeps working for 7 more days while you sort it out. After that the account moves to Free — nothing is deleted.
What counts as commercial use?
Using VVDesk for your job, for customers or inside a company. Helping family and friends stays free.
