Why not email or a cloud link?
Attachments have size limits, and cloud links leave copies of your files on someone else’s servers. A transfer in VVDesk goes from one PC to the other — directly where the network allows — and leaves nothing behind on our servers.
Questions
Is file transfer encrypted?
Yes. Files travel inside the session, which is encrypted end to end with AES-256-GCM.
Does the person at the desk have to allow it?
Yes. The person at the desk decides what is allowed — view, control, files — and can change it during the session.
Can I transfer files from my phone?
Yes, the Android and iPhone apps can move files too.
