1. Who is responsible

VVOFFICE DOOEL export-import Tetovo, Ilindenska 335, 1200 Tetovo, North Macedonia, is responsible for the personal data VVDesk handles. Contact: support@vvoffice.co.

2. What we collect

Account: your name, email, password (stored encrypted), company, team and the roles in it.

Devices and connections: each device’s VVDesk ID, name, operating system and app version, the IP addresses used to connect, and when sessions start and end, between which devices, by which route and how much data passed — to make connections work, keep plan limits and show your team’s session log.

Trials: a hash of the PC’s hardware IDs and of its VVDesk key, so each PC gets the free trial once.

Payments: Paddle, our reseller, collects your payment details. We receive from Paddle your customer and subscription numbers, plan, seats, country, the amounts paid and whether a payment went through — never your card number.

Support: what you send us, including logs you choose to share.

We do not collect what happens inside a session. Screen, keyboard and mouse, files, chat and port forwarding are end-to-end encrypted between the two devices (ECDH P-256 and AES-256-GCM), also when they pass through our relay; we cannot read them.

3. Why we use it

To provide VVDesk under our terms (contract); to keep it secure and stop abuse, including one trial per PC (legitimate interest); and to keep invoices and tax records (legal obligation). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who helps us

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): connection, relay and account servers. Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt, Germany): account database and downloads. Hostinger: this website and the emails we send. Paddle.com (merchant of record): checkout, payments, invoices and VAT. Google: reCAPTCHA on sign-up and contact forms, and Google Analytics on this website. Each processes data only for that purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Account, team and session records: while the account exists, and we delete them when you ask. Your plan decides how far back your team sees its session log (30 days on Solo, a year on Team, all of it on Business). Signed-in sessions expire after 90 days without use. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

6. Cookies and storage

The website keeps your sign-in and language in your browser’s storage. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, and reCAPTCHA sets Google’s cookies on the forms it protects. It uses no advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Write to support@vvoffice.co from your account’s email. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia, or to the data protection authority where you live.

8. Children and changes

VVDesk is not meant for children under 16. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version, and we tell you by email about important changes.
